Last Sunday, my husband and I were having a lazy day but we needed to go out and get a few things done. I did not feel like getting all gussied up for Bed, Bath and Beyond or Home Depot but I didn’t want to feel gross and pray I wasn’t going to see anyone I knew so I threw this outfit together. The more stylish pieces you have on hand the easier it is create a fashionable look when you don’t have the time (or energy) to think about what to wear. That’s why I always recommend grabbing unique, on-trend pieces when you see them. They will come in handy when you need them most.
I bought this cape on sale at a local boutique for $22. The jeans are my trusty Jolt jeggings that I told you about in this post. And I have a link to these oh-so-useful (and inexpensive) Alloy tank tops here. The Kangol hat is and old friend that always comes through for me. My scarf is fromTarget and I got the purse at TJ Maxx a million years ago. I love my Ugg boots and always will. It seems people either hate them or love them. They’re warm, easy to throw on, comfortable and dare I say, cute.
Coming Soon: Get ready because in the coming weeks I will be posting suggestions for what new trendy pieces to buy so that you’ll look sexy and chic for spring!
