Pictured above is the second look for 2015 TMS styling session winner, Allyn Wise. Allyn loves full skirts, a perfect blend between tomboy and feminine style, and tends toward a (business) casual look. Her biggest challenge is finding outfits for work that can blend into her everyday wardrobe. Look two is a tough-girl chic ensemble, which can not only transition to the weekend with the addition of Allyn’s favorite brand, Not Your Daughter’s Jeans, but also be paired with each item in last week’s outfit.

Midi-length full skirt ($20.99 & free shipping/Amazon): Allyn chose a flattering skirt style to fall in love with. High-waisted midi skirts emphasize the smallest part of her hourglass shaped figure, the fullness of the skirt skims over any “mommy tummy,” and the hem ends at the most shapely part of the leg – hiding the thighs while still showing a sexy bit of skin. This shade of blue will hide dirt, a life saver for moms. It’s professional enough for the office yet casual enough for brunch or a PTA meeting. Try pairing with the chambray button-down from look #1. Just tuck the shirt in and add a wide brown belt or tie over the outfit.

Striped V-neck Tee ($38.00/Pinup Girl Clothing): Pinup Girl Clothing offers clothing suited to full-figured and hourglass-shaped women. Roushing updates this otherwise classic ¾ sleeve v-neck tee. It keeps the fabric from gaping open when bending over to pick up the little ones or fetch copies off the office printer.

Cami ($15.90/Forever21): For more coverage at the office, layer the striped top over a unique cami like these. The cut mimics the statement necklaces scattered over Allyn’s style board, and any of the three colors available will pair well with this outfit. Yes, it’s a cropped style but underneath the v-neck no one will know.

Camel moto jacket ($34.99/Amazon): A moto jacket gives an edgy vibe to an otherwise feminine silhouette. Look for one with enough embellishment to really follow the moto jacket style but basic enough to be versatile and not go out of style. I have a similar jacket, which I’ve been wearing since (gasp!) junior high. It pairs well with a ribbed tank and flirty floral skirt, or over a lace top to tone down the girliness. Customer reviews say this jacket looks expensive and is an excellent steal; it runs small so order 1-2 sizes up.

NYX Perfect Red matt lipstick ($5.99/Target): A bold classic red lip exudes confidence. Long-lasting, paraben-free lipstick is perfect for moms. Saving time on re-application is an added bonus.

Clutch ($14.99/Forever21): Make a statement with this mirrored clutch.

“Good Vibes” cuff ($5.90/Forever 21): Allyn recently completed a full marathon, an accomplishment she is extremely proud of. This cuff can be a reminder to continue pursuing dreams that make her feel proud of and happy with herself.

Glasses ($5.90/Forever21): The shape of these sunglasses complement Allyn’s face and the wood-like finish is unexpectedly cool.

Edgy wedge ($36.97/Amazon): Perhaps as an alternative to the moto jacket (swap for the blazer in the first look or go jacketless), add a touch of biker style with these edgy wedges. Also available in camel, the same color as the moto jacket.

Leopard sneaker ($22.87/Amazon): Allyn also has a weakness for animal prints, making these leopard sneakers the perfect finishing touch. Of course, the white sneaks from look #1 also pair perfectly.
